When you've finished making any adjustments in Lightroom and are ready to save your files as JPEGs or TIFFs:
- Choose to Export in Lightroom.
- In the "Export" window, click anywhere in the top field, where it says "Files on Disk" (see screen shot), and select LP Digital Studio.
- The plug-in is now open.
- Under "LP Digital Studio Project Settings"(see screen shot below), enter a name for your LabPrints project, select the folder where the high-res files reside, and indicate if you want the new files to be placed into a sub-folder.
- Proceed through your normal Export procedure in the next five sections.
- Then, in the last section, "LP Digital Studio Integration", select the path to your intended version of LP Digital Studio (your lab); in most cases, this will be a one-time operation.
- Next, choose your desired option for launching LP Digital Studio, and check the box if you want your low-res images to be sharpened.
- Click "Export".
- When LP Digital Studio opens (automatically or manually), you'll see the Import Manager window in the upper right portion of your screen; this will indicate when your image import is complete.
